For offices, factories, trade counters, hospitality spaces and other commercial premises, I can add a Matterport 3D tour to the photography brief. The hosted model gives clients, partners, candidates and internal teams a connected view of the layout through a direct link or website embed.
For several locations, send the site list, approximate floor areas and intended use. I will recommend a consistent Matterport capture plan or a bespoke 360° alternative where a larger or more complex space needs it.

Commercial photography is a natural extension of the property work I do every day. The technical skills are the same: managing mixed lighting, capturing the personality of a space, making every room look its absolute best. What changes is the brief.
When I photographed The Pearl Exchange in Bude, the brief wasn't to sell the building. It was to show funders and supporters what this charity does, the energy of the main hall, the creativity of the workshop, the warmth of the lounge upstairs. That's a very different kind of storytelling, but it draws on exactly the same expertise.

What types of commercial property do you photograph?
I photograph a wide range of commercial spaces: offices, retail units, restaurants, hotels, pubs, warehouses, community buildings, churches, charities, leisure facilities, and development sites. If it's a space that needs professional photography, I can help.
Can you photograph our space for grant applications?
Absolutely. I've worked with charities and community organisations who need high-quality photography for funding bids, annual reports, and press coverage. The Pearl Exchange in Bude is a great example, their images are now used across grant applications, social media, and press materials.
Do you include drone photography for commercial projects?
Yes, drone photography is included with most commercial packages where the site suits it. Aerial shots are particularly valuable for industrial sites, development plots, and larger commercial properties where ground-level photos don't convey the full picture. How quickly can you turn around commercial photography?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from the shoot. Express 24-hour delivery is available for urgent projects. For larger shoots with 50+ images, turnaround may be 3-5 working days depending on the scope.
Do you travel for commercial photography?
Yes. I work throughout the South West and Wales, and travel nationwide for larger commercial projects, developer commissions and multi-site briefs.
Can you photograph multiple sites or locations?
