Run your lets
HostSorted works out every changeover from your booking calendars and flags same-day turnarounds. Send each cleaner a link to their schedule: no app, no login. They accept each clean on their phone, tick the checklist and send photos. If nobody has accepted a clean the day before, or it hasn't started in time, you get an email so you can find a backup.
Airbnb wants timestamped photos from right after check-out, proof the item was fine before, and receipts, all within 14 days or before the next guest arrives. Your cleaner's photos are timed and fingerprinted as they're uploaded, so HostSorted has the condition before and after every stay. Add an inventory with receipts, and it builds the claim pack for you, with the deadline counted down.
Track income and expenses for each property by tax year, in the categories HMRC uses. HostSorted splits them into Making Tax Digital quarters and emails you before each deadline, and works out the visitor levy for stays in Wales and Edinburgh. Export a CSV for your accountant.
Faults reported by cleaners and failed alarm tests become jobs automatically. Keep your trusted trades in one list and send them a job in two clicks.
