I started photographing properties back in 2007 as part of my agency work. Since then, I've built up extensive experience across every type of property, from compact flats to sprawling country estates, new build developments to luxury holiday lets. My work has taken me around the world, from photographing climate projects in Kenya to commercial spaces in China. I'm based in Somerset but work right across the UK, especially with developers and house builders on larger projects.

Airbnb and holiday let photography goes beyond wide-angle room shots. It's a mix of wide-angle and curated editorial-style images, lifestyle details, styled vignettes, and guest-perspective angles that sell an experience, not just a space.

On a typical holiday let at £120 to £180 a night, one or two extra bookings covers the whole shoot. Listings with professional photos take around 24% more bookings, so most hosts are back in profit within the first few weeks, and the images keep working for years afterwards.

Signature shoots aren't priced by bedroom count. A two bed lodge with a beautifully considered interior often takes as long to photograph properly as a five bed house, because the time goes into the light and the detail rather than the floor area. So these are booked by the day.

A day rate suits both ends. Shepherd's huts and one bed lodges, boutique cottages, and larger houses and mansions all get the same level of care.

It should pay for itself, quickly
At luxury nightly rates, a Signature shoot is typically earned back on the first booking it wins you. From there it is pure return: the same set keeps filling your calendar, at a higher nightly rate, for years.
Signature isn't a bigger package. It's a different kind of shoot: fewer, better frames, made with the time and attention that a property with real character needs. If what you want is a large library to rotate through, Airbnb Premium is the better buy.
What drives the time is how many spaces you want to feature, whether we're styling and resetting between shots, whether we're waiting for the right light, and whether there are exteriors, grounds or aerials to cover. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll say which makes sense.
