A Bath Airbnb photography case study for two luxury apartments on The Paragon. The 35-image set combines room-by-room overviews with design-led frames, showing Georgian scale, high-end finishes, warm Bath stone and the details that give each apartment a distinct guest experience.
Two luxury apartments on The Paragon in Bath needed a photography set that felt as considered as the interiors themselves. The aim was not simply to record the rooms. I needed to convey the quality of the finish, the distinct mood of each apartment and the sense of a high-end stay before a guest reached the booking page.
01Two Apartments, One Elevated Standard
The two apartments share a considered standard of styling, but each has its own character. One is built around Georgian proportions, tall sash windows, ornate plasterwork and a pale, refined palette. The other brings in warmer textures, from exposed Bath stone and panelled joinery to a generous kitchen-dining area designed for guests to settle into.

For a premium short-term rental, the image set needs to make the standard of the interior obvious without becoming repetitive. I planned the sequence as two connected guest journeys, starting with the main living spaces, then moving through kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms with enough variety to show both the practical layout and the details that make the apartments feel special.
02Apartment One: Georgian Scale and Soft Detail
The first apartment is defined by its main living room. The tall windows, fireplace, decorative arches and original detailing give it immediate presence, so the wide views needed to show those features together rather than isolate them.

I used a combination of wider room views and more selective compositions. The wide images establish the high ceilings, the arrangement of the seating and the light from the windows. The closer angles make space for the considered furnishings, fireplace and decorative features that tell a guest this is more than a standard city-centre apartment.

The kitchen and dining space needed the same balance. It had to look polished, but it also had to answer useful questions about how guests would cook, eat and spend time together during a stay.

03Bedrooms and Bathrooms Should Feel Considered, Not Secondary
Bedrooms and bathrooms often decide whether a guest sees an apartment as premium. I kept the bedroom images calm and uncluttered, using the lighting, joinery and styling to show comfort and finish. The bathroom photographs make the fittings, storage and generous shower space clear without losing the warm feel of the interior.

04Apartment Two: Warmer Textures and a Different Guest Experience
The second apartment has a different visual language. Exposed Bath stone, layered seating, warm lighting and a larger kitchen-dining space create a more relaxed, residential feel. I photographed it as its own stay, rather than repeating the first apartment's sequence.

The kitchen is central to the experience, so I made sure the wide views showed the island, dining table, appliances and link back to the main living room. Those practical overviews are important on an Airbnb or Booking.com listing, particularly when a group is deciding whether the apartment will work for meals and shared time.

The stone-walled room gives the apartment its most distinctive setting. I included both broad angles and quieter detail-led frames so the gallery communicates scale, texture and the atmosphere of spending time there.

05A Complete Image Library for a Premium Bath Stay
For both apartments, the final gallery combines the room-by-room clarity a guest needs with the editorial frames that help the interiors feel memorable. That is the important distinction in higher-end holiday-let photography: every key room has to be understood, while the materials, light and styling still need enough space to create an emotional pull.
The resulting image library gives each apartment its own identity while keeping the overall presentation consistent across the two listings. If you manage a luxury apartment or holiday let in Bath, I can plan a similar shoot around the rooms, finishes and guest experience that make it worth choosing.
