Two luxury shepherd's huts on the Somerset Levels, photographed across three sessions in a single day: soft dawn interiors, practical daylight detail, then lit fire pits and glowing windows at dusk.
Elton, Gloucestershire
A one-bedroom luxury cabin on the edge of the Forest of Dean, shot to feel like an escape rather than a floor plan. Drone frames prove the seclusion and the outdoor stone bath gets the coverage it deserves, because that is the image guests screenshot and send to their partner.

Herefordshire
A pre-launch shoot for an A-frame eco lodge set in open Herefordshire farmland. Architecture, hot tub, fire pit and the mezzanine loft, all tied back to the view that the whole building is designed around.

A beautifully styled Cotswold stone cottage managed by Must Stay Again. The set covers the refined interiors and the branded touches, with detail frames that show the level of care a guest is paying for.

The goal is to present your property exactly as a guest would find it on arrival, clean, welcoming and with those little touches that make people feel at home. For rural Somerset properties, don't forget outdoor spaces, hot tubs, fire pits and any countryside views.

On a typical holiday let at £120 to £180 a night, one or two extra bookings covers the whole shoot. Listings with professional photos take around 24% more bookings, so most hosts are back in profit within the first few weeks, and the images keep working for years afterwards.

Signature shoots aren't priced by bedroom count. A two bed lodge with a beautifully considered interior often takes as long to photograph properly as a five bed house, because the time goes into the light and the detail rather than the floor area. So these are booked by the day.

A day rate suits both ends. Shepherd's huts and one bed lodges, boutique cottages, and larger houses and mansions all get the same level of care.
We wait for the light, style and reset as we go, and don't leave until the property has been shown at its best. Guaranteed, or I reshoot it.
It should pay for itself, quickly
At luxury nightly rates, a Signature shoot is typically earned back on the first booking it wins you. From there it is pure return: the same set keeps filling your calendar, at a higher nightly rate, for years.
Signature isn't a bigger package. It's a different kind of shoot: fewer, better frames, made with the time and attention that a property with real character needs. If what you want is a large library to rotate through, Airbnb Premium is the better buy.
What drives the time is how many spaces you want to feature, whether we're styling and resetting between shots, whether we're waiting for the right light, and whether there are exteriors, grounds or aerials to cover. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll say which makes sense.
Signature sets aren't sold by the image. You get everything worth keeping from the time we spend, fully finished, which is where the value sits: a small set of images this strong will out-earn a large set of ordinary ones, and they stay usable for years across your listing, your own site, print and press.
