Five recent holiday let shoots, each with the full set of frames I delivered and a link to the written case study. Every one of these was photographed by me, on location, and the same approach applies to your property in Devon.
Langport, Somerset
Two luxury shepherd's huts on the Somerset Levels, photographed across three sessions in a single day: soft dawn interiors, practical daylight detail, then lit fire pits and glowing windows at dusk.
Elton, Gloucestershire
A one-bedroom luxury cabin on the edge of the Forest of Dean, shot to feel like an escape rather than a floor plan. Drone frames prove the seclusion and the outdoor stone bath gets the coverage it deserves, because that is the image guests screenshot and send to their partner.
St Pauls, Bristol
A characterful terraced house in St Pauls, photographed for a competitive city market. Every room, the flexible twin second bedroom, and the street art on the doorstep, so guests understand both the house and the neighbourhood they are booking.
Herefordshire
A pre-launch shoot for an A-frame eco lodge set in open Herefordshire farmland. Architecture, hot tub, fire pit and the mezzanine loft, all tied back to the view that the whole building is designed around.
Tetbury, Cotswolds
A beautifully styled Cotswold stone cottage managed by Must Stay Again. The set covers the refined interiors and the branded touches, with detail frames that show the level of care a guest is paying for.
Devon is one of England's most competitive holiday let markets. Thousands of properties compete for guests across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, from beachfront apartments in Woolacombe to luxury retreats in the South Hams. Professional photography is the single most effective way to stand out, command higher nightly rates, and fill your calendar through the shoulder seasons when competition for bookings intensifies.
Devon's unique coastal light creates exceptional conditions for property photography. The soft, warm quality of light reflected off the sea fills rooms with a natural brightness that photographs beautifully. I understand how to work with this light, timing shoots to capture your property at its most inviting. Whether it's the golden hour glow through a sea-view window or the dramatic backdrop of the Devon coastline behind your terrace, every image is composed to show guests exactly what they're booking.
I'm based in Somerset, which puts me within easy reach of the entire county. I work regularly with Airbnb hosts, holiday let management companies, and travel brands throughout Devon. Every shoot includes professional wide-angle interiors, carefully composed exteriors, and drone photography where conditions allow.

I photograph Airbnb and holiday let properties throughout Devon. Each part of the county has its own character, its own type of guest, and its own photographic opportunities.
The North Devon coast attracts surfers, families and adventure seekers year-round. Holiday lets here range from beachfront apartments with Atlantic views to converted barns tucked behind the dunes. Photography focuses on the coastal light, outdoor living spaces, and proximity to the beach that guests are searching for. Drone shots are particularly effective for showing how close a property sits to the shoreline.
The South Hams commands some of Devon's highest nightly rates. Harbour-view apartments in Salcombe, waterside cottages in Dartmouth, and rural retreats around Kingsbridge all compete for discerning guests. I photograph the sea views, private terraces, and luxury interiors that justify premium pricing. The soft, warm light off the estuary creates beautiful conditions for both interior and exterior photography.
Dartmoor's wild landscape attracts guests looking for peace, space and dramatic scenery. Properties here tend to be characterful, granite farmhouses, converted barns, and remote cottages with far-reaching moorland views. Photography emphasises the sense of escape, the open fires, the exposed stone, and the surrounding landscape that makes Dartmoor holidays so appealing.
Where Devon meets Somerset, Exmoor's rolling hills and wooded valleys offer a quieter alternative to the coast. Holiday lets in Lynton, Lynmouth, Dunster and the surrounding villages attract walkers and nature lovers. I capture the cosy interiors, cottage gardens, and dramatic coastal paths that make this area a year-round destination.
Exeter's growing short-term rental market serves business travellers, university visitors and tourists exploring the cathedral city. Properties range from modern city-centre apartments to period homes in St Leonard's and Heavitree. Photography here focuses on clean, bright interiors, proximity to amenities, and the lifestyle that Exeter offers. I also cover Topsham, Exmouth and the Exe Estuary.
The English Riviera remains one of Devon's most popular holiday destinations. From harbourside apartments in Brixham to hillside villas overlooking Torbay, these properties benefit from photography that captures the Mediterranean feel, the palm trees, the sea views, and the vibrant harbour scenes that draw visitors back year after year.
I also cover Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Tiverton, Honiton, Okehampton, Tavistock, and all surrounding villages and towns. See my Devon coverage page for the full list, or virtual tours in Exeter and Devon.
Photography is the foundation, but these extras can take your listing to the next level. All available as add-ons to any package.
Let guests explore your Devon property room by room before booking. Particularly effective for larger coastal homes and properties where layout isn't obvious from photos alone.
A smooth walkthrough video showcasing the property and its Devon setting. Perfect for social media marketing and direct booking websites where video drives engagement.
Professional floor plans help guests understand the layout, especially useful for multi-level coastal properties, barn conversions, and properties with annexes or separate sleeping areas.
Capture your property at dusk with warm interior lights glowing against a Devon sunset. Coastal properties with west-facing views are particularly stunning at twilight.
Getting your property photo-ready makes a real difference to the final images. Here's what I recommend before every shoot, with a few Devon-specific tips.
Coastal properties need extra attention to windows, as salt spray builds up quickly and shows in photographs. If you have a hot tub, ensure the cover is off and the water is clean. Outdoor furniture should be arranged as guests would use it, with cushions out and perhaps a glass of wine or a book on the table. For properties with sea views, I'll time the shoot to capture the view at its best.
Not sure where to start? I send a detailed preparation checklist when you book, tailored to your property type and location.
All packages include professional HDR photography, drone aerials where appropriate, full editing and 48-hour delivery*. No hidden costs. No travel charge within Devon.
If your photography is how guests find you and decide, look at . If you need a clear, accurate set of images for a listing, the standard packages are the right fit.

Airbnb and holiday let photography goes beyond wide-angle room shots. It's a mix of wide-angle and curated editorial-style images, lifestyle details, styled vignettes, and guest-perspective angles that sell an experience, not just a space.
80% of my work is holiday rental photography. You're booking a specialist who's shot hundreds of listings and written the book on what makes them perform.

Photography that pays for itself
On a typical holiday let at £120 to £180 a night, a small number of additional bookings can cover the shoot. Airbnb reports 19% more bookings on average for listings using its professional photography programme, although results vary by listing, and the images keep working for years afterwards.
Every package delivers a library rather than a single listing set, so you can refresh your photos through the seasons, feed direct booking sites and social, and keep your listing looking current.
Volume rates and monthly retainers available for agents and portfolio landlords. Get in touch for a rate card.
*For standard packages. Larger shoots or multi-property commissions may require additional editing time — I'll always confirm your delivery date at booking.

Signature shoots aren't priced by bedroom count. A two bed lodge with a beautifully considered interior often takes as long to photograph properly as a five bed house, because the time goes into the light and the detail rather than the floor area. So these are booked by the day.

Editorial imagery shot and finished to the standard interiors magazines publish. Composed properly, lit properly, hand-finished frame by frame.
A day rate suits both ends. Shepherd's huts and one bed lodges, boutique cottages, and larger houses and mansions all get the same level of care.
We wait for the light, style and reset as we go, and don't leave until the property has been shown at its best. Guaranteed, or I reshoot it.
It should pay for itself, quickly
At luxury nightly rates, a Signature shoot is typically earned back on the first booking it wins you. From there it is pure return: the same set keeps filling your calendar, at a higher nightly rate, for years.
Signature isn't a bigger package. It's a different kind of shoot: fewer, better frames, made with the time and attention that a property with real character needs. If what you want is a large library to rotate through, Airbnb Premium is the better buy.
What drives the time is how many spaces you want to feature, whether we're styling and resetting between shots, whether we're waiting for the right light, and whether there are exteriors, grounds or aerials to cover. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll say which makes sense.
Signature sets aren't sold by the image. You get everything worth keeping from the time we spend, fully finished, which is where the value sits: a small set of images this strong will out-earn a large set of ordinary ones, and they stay usable for years across your listing, your own site, print and press.
