"Working with developers is one of my favourite parts of the job. There's something satisfying about photographing a site from muddy groundworks through to the finished show home — watching the marketing materials evolve alongside the build.
The biggest mistake I see developers make is leaving photography until the last minute. By the time the show home is dressed and the sales office is open, you've already missed months of marketing opportunities. Progress photos, drone footage of the site taking shape, early interior shots of the first completed units — all of this builds momentum with buyers.
I've put together this hub with the marketing tips and tools I wish every developer had access to. Whether you're building 5 houses or 500, the principles are the same — start early, shoot often, and let the photography do the selling."
