I got into brochure design almost by accident. An agent in Taunton asked if I could put together a simple property brochure using my photos, and I realised I genuinely enjoyed the design side as much as the photography. That was about five years ago, and I've designed hundreds of brochures since.
What sets my brochures apart is that I shoot the photography and design the layout myself. There's no handoff to a separate designer who hasn't seen the property, I know which images work best at full-bleed, which details deserve a close-up panel, and how to sequence the rooms to tell the property's story. I use InDesign for every brochure, not a template tool, so each one is genuinely bespoke.

Typically 7–10 working days from the photography shoot to printed brochures in your hands. This includes 48 hours for photo editing, 2–3 days for design and revisions, and 3–5 days for printing and delivery. Rush turnarounds are available if needed.
Absolutely. Send me your brand guidelines, logo files, and any existing templates, and the designer will work within your brand identity. If you don't have formal guidelines, I can create a brochure style that becomes your template going forward.
