Signature shoots aren't priced by bedroom count. A two bed lodge with a beautifully considered interior often takes as long to photograph properly as a five bed house, because the time goes into the light and the detail rather than the floor area. So these are booked by the day.

Floor Plan Specialist
Floor plans are one of those things that seem straightforward until you actually try to produce one that's both accurate and visually appealing. I use a Leica DISTO laser measure for every property, it's accurate to within 1mm, which matters when buyers are trying to work out whether their furniture will fit.
I produce every floor plan on-site during the photography session, so there's no need for a separate visit. The whole process adds about 20–30 minutes to the shoot. I then draw up the plan digitally, adding room labels, dimensions, and compass orientation. The finished result is clean, professional, and consistent with the photography style.
What I've noticed over the years is that listings with floor plans get significantly more engagement on Rightmove and Zoopla. Buyers use them to understand the flow of a property before they even book a viewing. For agents, it's a relatively small addition to the marketing package that makes a measurable difference to enquiry rates.
