I've worked with estate agents since 2007. This is not a volume listing service: I allow time to understand the architecture, preparation and priorities of each individual property before photographing it.

The final approach is set by the brief, but it commonly combines wide architectural overviews with selected room, material, period-detail, exterior, garden and contextual images.
Where it suits the property and conditions allow, I can include licensed drone aerials as part of the discussion and quote. Aerial work is subject to weather and airspace restrictions.
I provide an agreed selection of carefully finished images in formats appropriate to the intended use. Delivery requirements and image use are agreed as part of the quote.
