On a typical holiday let at £120 to £180 a night, a small number of additional bookings can cover the shoot. Airbnb reports 19% more bookings on average for listings using its professional photography programme, although results vary by listing, and the images keep working for years afterwards.

Signature shoots aren't priced by bedroom count. A two bed lodge with a beautifully considered interior often takes as long to photograph properly as a five bed house, because the time goes into the light and the detail rather than the floor area. So these are booked by the day.

At luxury nightly rates, a Signature shoot is typically earned back on the first booking it wins you. From there it is pure return: the same set keeps filling your calendar, at a higher nightly rate, for years.
Signature isn't a bigger package. It's a different kind of shoot: fewer, better frames, made with the time and attention that a property with real character needs. If what you want is a large library to rotate through, Airbnb Premium is the better buy.
What drives the time is how many spaces you want to feature, whether we're styling and resetting between shots, whether we're waiting for the right light, and whether there are exteriors, grounds or aerials to cover. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll say which makes sense.
Signature sets aren't sold by the image. You get everything worth keeping from the time we spend, fully finished, which is where the value sits: a small set of images this strong will out-earn a large set of ordinary ones, and they stay usable for years across your listing, your own site, print and press.

I photograph properties for a living, mostly for estate agents and developers, but some of my favourite shoots have been for homeowners who simply want their home to look its best.

The process is simple: you book, I visit, and within 48 hours you have a set of images that genuinely do your home justice. If you're selling, send them to your agent and ask them to update the listing, most are happy to, and the difference in viewings can be dramatic.
Absolutely, that's one of the most common reasons homeowners book me. Once you have the photos, simply send them to your agent and ask them to update the listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket. Most agents are happy to do this, especially when they see the quality difference. You own the full usage rights.

A quick tidy helps, clear kitchen worktops, make beds, and put away personal clutter. I'll send you a simple prep checklist when you book. On the day, I'll also move small items and adjust curtains/blinds to get the best shots. You don't need to redecorate or stage anything.
Most homes take 1–2 hours to photograph. Larger properties or those with extensive gardens may take a little longer. I'll give you a time estimate when you book so you know what to expect.
Yes, licensed drone aerials are included at no extra cost wherever they add something. Drone shots are subject to weather and airspace restrictions, but I'll always attempt them on the day. They're particularly effective for showing gardens, the surrounding area, and the property in context.
Of course. Many homeowners book me before they move to capture their home as they remember it. I'll photograph every room, the garden, and the little details that make it special. You'll receive high-resolution images you can print, frame, or keep digitally.
I'm based in the South West and cover Somerset, Bristol, Bath, and surrounding areas with travel included. I also work further afield, with any travel agreed upfront as part of the quote.
48 hours as standard, fully edited and ready to use. Express 24-hour delivery is available for £49 if you need them urgently, for example, if you want to update your listing before the weekend.
