I photograph properties for a living, mostly for estate agents and developers, but some of my favourite shoots have been for homeowners who simply want their home to look its best.

The process is simple: you book, I visit, and within 48 hours you have a set of images that genuinely do your home justice. If you're selling, send them to your agent and ask them to update the listing, most are happy to, and the difference in viewings can be dramatic.

Absolutely, that's one of the most common reasons homeowners book me. Once you have the photos, simply send them to your agent and ask them to update the listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket. Most agents are happy to do this, especially when they see the quality difference. You own the full usage rights.

Most homes take 1–2 hours to photograph. Larger properties or those with extensive gardens may take a little longer. I'll give you a time estimate when you book so you know what to expect.
Yes, licensed drone aerials are included in every package at no extra cost. Drone shots are subject to weather and airspace restrictions, but I'll always attempt them on the day. They're particularly effective for showing gardens, the surrounding area, and the property in context.
