Property Photography Workflow Checklist
A professional workflow protects the files, the deadline and the client relationship. This free overview shows the milestones that turn a completed shoot into a confident delivery.
Protect the files first
Copy the originals promptly and keep a second backup before you format a card. A clear folder structure makes it easier to find the job, deliver the gallery and return to it when a client needs something later.
Edit for consistency and honesty
Correct exposure, white balance, lens distortion, verticals and crop carefully. Keep the finished images inviting but believable. Property photography should clarify a space, not create a misleading one.
Deliver a useful visual sequence
Review the images in the order a viewer will experience them. Check the hero image, key rooms, exterior, detail frames, export naming and requested outputs before you send the handover.
