Property Photography Add-Ons Guide

Add-ons work best when they solve a clear client problem. The next service to add is not necessarily the newest equipment, it is one you can deliver safely, consistently and explain clearly.

Start with what the client needs to show

A floor plan may make the layout easier to understand. Drone photography may show site context or land. Video can provide a useful social asset. A virtual tour can help a remote viewer explore a complex space. The right choice depends on the brief.

  • Ask where and how the client will use the work
  • Describe the useful output rather than a technical feature
  • Recommend one relevant addition before suggesting a bundle

Build each add-on into a repeatable process

Every service brings preparation, capture, editing, delivery, cost and risk. Before offering one widely, understand the workflow and set a realistic client expectation.

  • Plan for access, weather, licences and hosting where relevant
  • Use a consistent scope for each service
  • Allow the right time for capture, processing and support

Price the value and work honestly

A useful price accounts for preparation, specialist kit, time on site, editing, third-party costs and your own experience. A clear package and quote protect both the client and your business.

  • Separate included work from optional additions
  • Avoid underpricing a service you do not deliver efficiently
  • Review the actual time and cost after each new job type
